IMPORTANT NOTICES

HOLIDAY CHRISTMAS TREES: The Board does not recommend live Christmas trees as they present a danger of fire as they dry out. If you do have a live tree, it is important to keep the tree moist by adding water to the tree base. Lighted candles should never be placed on a tree or located near a tree. Please be sure to properly dispose of the tree after the holidays and care should be taken to avoid leaving needles on the hall carpeting. Trees should be placed near the trash dumpster by January 22nd for pickup. Please do not block access to the dumpster. Holiday lights should also be taken down by the same date. From everyone on the Board, we wish each Unit Owner a safe and Happy Holiday.

FIRE HAZZARD: Please make sure the ashes from your fireplace are completely extinguished before disposing of them in the dumpsters. Recently, the fire department responded to a dumpster fire believed to have been caused by hot ashes.

DOGS: The Bylaws of the Heather Glen Condominium Association clearly state that dogs are not allowed. Warning notices and subsequent fines will be assessed on those unit owner who do not comply with this regulation.
