The outside dryer vent opening must be capped so birds and other small animals do not enter the vent. Please arrange to have this cover installed at time of inspection. Proof of inspection should be mailed to Access Management c/o Larry Makfinsky at the address below. If you need contact information for companies Heather Glen residents have used in the past, please contact Access Management.

PHASE 2 OF LANDSCAPING HAS STARTED!
Mulching has begun and will be completed over the next few weeks.
Last Fall, the Board reviewed bids and approved Reasonable Rate Landscaping's proposal. The plan included replacing shrubs, replanting sparse areas, mulching all plant beds, and other general improvements. The project is to be done in two phases. The first phase was completed in October 2006 and second phase is scheduled to be completed by June 2007.
Reasonable Rate Landscaping will remove some plants that have not thrived and replace them with others in the coming months.
